A subscriber or mailbox is associated with a service class. Each service class only contains those services and quotas to which the class subscribers have a right. Thus, it is possible to define several messaging service classes. Quotas are different for each service class: number of new messages, duration of greeting, length of time for conserving already-consulted messages, etc., can vary from one class to another.
