Overview

Unified Messaging Services is a Voice/Video/Fax/Email/SMS mailbox system and known as TKD-XE SVPS. This voice messaging system use Vas Platform architecture with IP/TDM based.

Customer  can deposit and retrieve using various interface  and also can notified using various interface. And Customer can deposit and retrieve using various method.

•           Equipped with an advanced service class system. A subscriber or mailbox is associated with a service class. Each service class only  contains those services and quotas to which the class subscribers have a right. Thus, it is possible to define  several messaging service classes. Quotas are different for each service class: number of new messages, duration of greeting, length of time for conserving already-consulted messages, etc., can vary from one class to another. This possibility allows the telecommunications operator to  segment the subscriber’s needs and usages, and to build a range of messaging services on a single system.
