R-SMSC is Regular Short Message Service Center. It is provide a routing for entire SMS or text messages. SMSC can handle large volume of messages sent between a mobile phone or a mobile phone and a software application. SMSC handle a switching between SMS, in this case SMSC is responsible for locating SMSC of the destination subscriber and submitting the message there.
